Experience
Fred Johnson has 30 years of solid Hospitality Financial experience.
His experience includes over 20 years at the hotel level in such properties as Fairmont, Registry, Hilton and Sheraton franchises as well as the Scanticon Conference Center. Prior to Epiphany Hospitality International, his years in the corporate offices were compromised of working with four management companies running properties ranging from 350-units room full service to 50-units limited service operations. Fred has a tremendous knowledge from financial, accounting, MIS, Human Resources, purchasing and security.
Some of Fred’s areas of expertise include: balance sheet analysis, cash flow management, operational controls and working with operations on the budget process. He uses his knowledge of excel to create and maintain reports used for measuring the progress of an operation. Fred has worked with many accounting systems to the point of creating a hotel chart of accounts in several cases. He has been involved in several property openings, takeovers and sales throughout his career. Fred has also worked on feasibility studies and development projects.
Fred is a graduate of Colorado University with a BS in Business with ad Accounting major.
He is a former officer of the Colorado Association of Hospitality Accountants.
